During your 1 hour session you will experience a variety of training strategies which may include, but are not limited to: balance, free weights, machine assisted workouts, plyometrics and tips for carrying your workout into the rest of your week.

Your trainer will customize a workout that will help you to meet your personal goals.

As you progress toward these goals, your trainer will help you to construct new goals and establish milestones for success.
